OVERWEIGHT ?   Or slim and healthy ...

​Most people associate weight loss with self-control, strict diets and strenuous exercise.

If you constantly have to practice self-control and eat something different from what your subconsciousness requires, it is very hard and you easily get stressed out or give up. If your subconscious mind makes you want to eat a lot, which is not good for you, it is because there is an error in the "programme". The subconscious mind is designed to help us keep an eye on dangers and provide us to feel what we need and what is good for us.

When so many overweight gain more and more weight after each diet, it is because the subconscious mind is made ​​to keep an eye on dangers. In nature, starvation is a danger, therefore, with each diet starts a "warning" programme in the subconscious mind, which is that we must gain even more weight next time food is coming and the chance is there, in order to do well through the next starvation period.

When we re-program your subconscious mind to the decision that you must weigh exactly what you want to, there is no longer the dispute, and you will no longer gain weight every time you "see food" :-).   Often there can also be fungal infection and heavy metals accumulated in your body and cinders in your gut, that destroys your digestion !  When all this is cleaned out, you don't need anymore self-control or hunger for wrong or too much food, as you get a healthy body that weighs the right. Then just eat plain good food, just the way you want, and of course a little excersize every day, so your body works properly. There may also be old "programs" in terms of what you want. We may also have to change those. Maybe you always got sugar as a child when you were comforted or for amusement, it easily creates a programme saying that you can only enjoy life when you eat sugar. Sugar is addictive, once you have cleaned out in these things, you will usually find that sugar does not taste good at all, and your sugar cravings will disappear!
